Our beautiful main studio is available to hire for private events and workshops.  It can comfortably fit 15-16 people for a mat class or 6 for reformer, and has it's own bathroom.

 

The space has been furnished with clean, mid-century modern vibes. With two big windows and a domed ceiling it definitely has the 'wow' factor. For fitness/wellness events we can provide high quality mats and small equipment to use.

 

The studio's address is 125 High Street, Kirkcaldy.  However, the main entrance is via Hill Street, just behind the bus station.

There's free parking available off Hunter Street, which is about a half a minute walk to the studio.
